In Minami-Awaji City, Hyogo Prefecture, companies, businesses, and the Chamber of Commerce and Industry work together with citizens, local communities, and institutions such as tourism associations, government agencies, and childcare providers,Minami-Awaji City Child-Raising Support Consortium, a framework for promoting the creation of an environment in which young people and child-rearing generations can easily balance family and work.Uzunokuni Minami-Awaji Inc. has been participating in this project since 2023 as a member of the first group.
Also on October 31, 2024 (Thursday),A declaration ceremony was held to declare the company a "Childcare Support Challenge Company" that is committed to creating a workplace environment in which employees can work comfortably and are rewarded for their efforts.Representative Director Miyaji also participated from our company. The event was introduced in "Onokoro No. 39" published by the Minami-Awaji City Chamber of Commerce and Industry.
We will continue to participate in the "Minami-Awaji City Child Rearing Support Consortium" to create an environment where young people and those raising children can easily balance work and family life.
