Opening Staff Wanted!
Roadside Station Uzushio is scheduled to reopen in October 2025. A new sweets store is scheduled to open in that facility!
We are currently recruiting core store staff for its opening.
The new store is a small 2 tsubo store, so please do not worry if you have no restaurant experience or if you are a young person. We would like you to challenge yourself from here first and grow together with the store.
Until the opening of the new store, I will work at the existing store!
Until the actual opening of the new store, you will work as staff at another restaurant (in the Uzu no Oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Museum) and be involved in many preparations for the opening of the new sweets store, so you can start working immediately, even though you are opening staff! *Depending on ability and desired working conditions
We will back you up so that you can learn and improve your skills in store operations and numerical management while working toward the opening, so even if you have no experience in food and beverage, it's okay! Please feel free to apply.
As part of our policy, there is a probationary period.

Application Guidelines
- Salary:
Monthly salary 195,000-215,000 yen

Those with a background will start with a salary commensurate with that.
The amount of money will be determined by the performance of the employee. (e.g.) Weekend: 500 yen or more per day *Requires a minimum of 6 hours of work.
Bonus: 4 months in total, twice a year (depending on performance)- Work Hours:

Basically, must be able to work on weekends.
