vision

誰もが目指す目的地になる

Our ultimate goal is to become the "final destination" where customers come all the way to our facilities for the purpose of visiting us and say, "I came to Awaji Island to come here.

mission

Our mission is the seven missions we are to fulfill. By fulfilling this mission, we will achieve our seventh mission and our ultimate goal: "To be the destination for everyone.

We treat each other with respect and gratitude, and create a comfortable working environment.

A place where customers dine and shop should be a "fun" place. To this end, a place must be a place where we, the employees, can also be "happy" in order to make our customers happy. Each of us, regardless of whether we are supervisors, subordinates, or colleagues, must communicate closely with each other to maintain a pleasant working environment for everyone.

2. We will continue to challenge with passion and give shape to our ideas.

We will challenge with all our might and without fear of failure. We will strive to be an organization that constantly takes on new challenges and that supports those who are willing to take on new challenges with all their might. We will not be bound by past successes, but will stay ahead of the curve, sensing changes in society, and will continue to take on new challenges until they take shape to the extent that we are called a "strange company.

3. Provide services that consistently exceed customer expectations and create excitement.

Our guests come to our facilities with high expectations, and when they experience a sensation that far exceeds their expectations, they tell us that they are very happy and that they will come back. These are the most gratifying words for us as workers. We will continue to create excitement for our customers by providing services that exceed their expectations, so that even one more customer will become an addictive fan who will want to come back.

4. We will strive to contribute to the development of the local community and be loved and needed by it.

We will strive to be a company that local people will say, "You work for a good company," or "I wish my children would work for a good company. We will strive to contribute not only to our own profits but also to the development of the local community, so that when the company is in trouble, the local people will think, "This company would be in trouble if it were to disappear, so we will help them.

5. We aim to realize a sustainable society by providing a comfortable environment.

We have an obligation to provide our customers with a clean and comfortable place to stay. We want our guests to want to stay here as long as possible. In addition, as the environment is becoming a major theme worldwide, we believe that we, as a company that operates in the rich environment of a special national park area, have a responsibility to address not only familiar problems such as garbage, but also environmental issues with a higher level of awareness.

6. We recognize that moral profitability is essential to future prosperity.

Profit is a natural part of a company's business operations. Without profit, the company cannot survive. However, the profit must be a moral profit that "does not lie to customers. With the recent publicity surrounding the mislabeling of food products and the mislabeling of their place of origin, we believe that even if a company can achieve temporary prosperity through such dishonest profits, it will not be able to achieve prosperity that lasts for a long time in the future.

7. We strive to be a destination for everyone.

We want our facilities to be the "final destination" for people who have "come to Awaji Island to come here. To achieve this goal, we have a mission from 1 to 6. Among the many facilities on Awaji Island, we will continue to think about what we need to do to make people come to our facility again and again, and take on various challenges.
