Uzu no Oka Onaruto Bridge Memorial Hall opened in 1985 when the Onaruto Bridge was opened to traffic. It has been presenting unique projects such as an onion catcher and a giant objet d'art, the "O-Onion" onion. Awaji Beef Roll Hamburger Today is Meat Day" and "Awaji Island Hilltop" opened in March this year.
The "Awajishima Milk Bread" is so popular that customers line up at the front of the store when the bread is ready to be baked! The steamed bread was created to "let people know more about the deliciousness of Awaji Island milk," and its fine dough makes it fluffy and soft.
